I have been ordering from Full Beauty Brands since 2009. I have been a loyal customer of Jessica London and have submitted countless amount of orders. Since they have merged all Full Beauty Brands to one website, I have had nothing but trouble with customer service and trying to return items and get credits. When I go on my profile account, it has no order history, so when I call customer service, I am on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes to be told that they have no record of my orders either. They kept quoting addresses from years ago. The first rep transferred me without telling me because she is no longer interested in helping me, and she transferred me to the incorrect department. I had to reexplain myself multiple times without any resolution. They keep track of items that I look at but didn't purchase, but once you purchase it, they say they have no record of the purchase. After 12 years of loyal shopping, I will never shop from Jessica London or any Full Beauty Brand again. The customer service is the worst. I am fine with taking the $42 loss for a return that I never received credit for.

I have shopped with Jessica London probably as long as it's been a company. I know the clothing is cheap but most of the time it fits ok. Somewhere in the past few years they changed their return policy to a VERY STRICT 60 days. I got burned for $400 the first time when I didn't know the policy had changed. And at that time I figured I was done with a company that could extend no grace no matter what. Stupidly, I tried them again around the first of June. Went to return part of a large order and realized I was 2 days past the return window. Are you kidding me? I've been in lockdown most of this year and am at great risk for the virus so figured there would be some grace on their part as I was getting out as soon as I thought safe. NOPE, not one bit. The website says to please bear with them since things are moving slower because of Covid and yet they give NO grace to their customers. Horrible company. I never want to even hear from them again! Am calling to cancel my card right now.

19 Days Still Hasn't Shipped Order promised by 14 Days

I place an order 19 days ago, it still hasn't shipped. The promised delivery timeframe was 7 to 14 day. The chat functions does not work, they won't take a call unless it is a new order, and they don't answer emails. If you want customer service go elsewhere. All of their brands treat customers the same. Plus they have high shipping fees.

It's been 19 days and they have not shipped

It's been 19 days and they have not shipped my order. They charge a lot for shipping so the orders should ship promptly. Do not buy from any of their brands if you expect customer service.

This company is very dishonest

This company is very dishonest. Don't buy from them! They said they never got the 2 pairs of shoes I returned to them.

Horrible customer service. Poor quality clothing. 2 out of 3 orders wrong. No way to return. Awful!

2 out of the 3 orders I received, I was sent the wrong things. Orders do not show up on website. No paper receipt. Phone services not available for weeks. Finally got put on hold and waited for an hour and a half. No human being. I emailed numerous times and got sent computer auto replies back. Worst company I have ever ordered from.

BOGUS

This company is a complete ripoff!... I placed an order 4. 13. 21... received 1 of my 2 items... called 2 weeks ago to check on the backordered item... was told it was in process... I asked them to stop the shipment and was told they could not once it was in process... as of today 5. 26. 21 still has not receive my shipment... called again to ask them to not ship the item and was told they could not stop the shipment... how can it be still in process from 2 weeks ago and I have yet to received my item... steer clear of this business!

They Cheats you

Don't buy from them they interest is so high, and you don't pay on time I mean one day late they take that payment for the interest bad company then your order is so late

Always read reviews of a company before you purchase anything from them!

I know to do this, but for some reason I didn't do it with a Jessica London order I placed on May 8. I needed one of the items for an event this Tuesday, 5/25. The merchandise has not shipped and I've been unable to get info about when it will ship. I requested that the order be cancelled as they haven't shipped it and I no longer need, nor want, the dress. I ordered other things too but wish I hadn't. Don't do what I did! Shop with reputable companies. Jessica London, sadly, doesn't seem to be one.

Mixed reviews

I have been a customer for many years. Their offers/discounts are attractive, but shipping cost and cost for a return is not competitive with any other retailer. Prior to the pandemic this company had always been the slowest to process and ship an order. They will charge your card the day you place the order and may not ship for up to 3 weeks. During the pandemic has only gotten worse for them. No other company is slower at processing and delivering an order. In addition if you wish to check on the status of your order, I have never found the website order tracking works. You are at the mercy of a phone call and at least a 20-30 minute hold.

Where are they?

I know we're still in a pandemic but I've been charged for the shoes I ordered from Jessica London 10 days ago and they haven't even shipped. The site says to allow extra time, but nothing more specific, and that they're too busy to enable their chat function to respond to inquiries. Does this mean that no one is there to prepare shipments? I suspect I should cancel the order and look elsewhere before it's too late to get something in time for graduation but who knows?

Poor customer service

Placed an order on apr. 6th. Today is apr. 29th. This order has not come yet. I am done with all the woman within stores. Will never order from this company again.

Terrible service

They keep you on hold listening to their loop recording repeating someone will be with you soon, which is a lie because no one ever answers phone. Placed order April 2nd, still not processed or shipped. Regret ordering, will go elsewhere and cancel their card, not worth the aggravation.

Hidden Rewards Charges

Yeah so when I checked out last time I got a pop up to sign up for their ‘loyalty rewards program', to save on shipping. At no time during sign up did it tell that to save $15 on shipping, they would hit me up for $16 bucks a month in fees, auto billed, so they would have made $192 over the span of a year off me, had I not read my bill. I saved nothing in reality on shipping, I actually ended up paying more when I saw the surprise charge on my credit card that I didn't know was coming. I felt very misled about their hidden cost. What a scam! I'm never buying from them again.
